Quality is life of an enterprise. Our company has passed the ISO9001 quality system authenticated.We control quality strictly during production process and all the departments keep strictly to quality policy and objectives.

1.Incoming raw materials: In accordance with the sourcing procedures, to evaluate and select production supplier who has a direct impact on the quality. Factory staff is responsible for recording quality situation of each batch goods,also establishing qualified supplier list. Selecting qualified supplier as supply sources ensures the quality of raw materials achieving internal control standards.

2.Controlling during production process: To control all the factors( such as customers’ requirements, operation instruction and relevant technical documents) that affects prosucts quality directly during production, which make sure that the final products come up to the internal standard.                 

3.Conclusions or corrective measures: We establish internal quality notification department to summize and analyze unqualified products and adopt corresponding measures to correct. It will be closed after qualified inspection.

4.Organizing production: Our staffs operate strictly according to production plan and operation instruction. For customer complaints, we analyze the unqualified reasons strictly based on relevant rules and take the appropriate corrective action.The production department always organize workers to be trained and tested. Train them according to their operation process and craftworks, especially for special workers and inspectors, which guarantee inner quality of workers fundamentally. Our production equipments’ configuration can establish corresponding equipment stand-books according to quality system document. The production equipments are regular maintained to  make  them in good operating condition,which meet quality policy target basically.

After we pass the ISO9001 authentication, all departments cooperate to purchase, produce actively according to quality system documents. After selling and post service, there is almost no customer complaints, which completes customer satisfaction rate. Meanwhile, all staffs have established quality consciousness. Qc personnel do not deliver unqualified products; production department organize production strictly according opertion instrution; purchasing department are in charge of the quality of raw materials; sales department are trying hard to communciate with clients, all of which guarantee customers. And quality department organize trainning regually, which make sure workers’ inner quality. All the above give a powerful gurantee of products’ quality and smooth productions.
